II. System Introduction
Hotel room control software facilitates hotel management party to manage and view all rooms more conveniently and quickly by providing the parameters that intelligent hotel control equipment sends back, real-time central management and monitoring. At the same time, it can set according to the needs of the management party and distribute the needs to all rooms, so as to improve management efficiency. In C/S structure, client end software is used by the staffs of Engineering Department and Housekeeping Department to monitor and manage all rooms.
III. Main Software Functions
1. Room Status Monitoring
(1) Hotel abstract statistics
● Online room status: Ratio between the number of rooms that are actually online and the total number of hotel rooms
● Sold room rate: Ratio between the number of rented rooms and the total number of hotel rooms
● Vacancy rate: Ratio between the number of unrented rooms and the total number of hotel rooms
● Average room temperature: The average value of all room temperatures
● Average air speed of room: The current high wind ratio, medium wind ratio and low wind ratio of all rooms.
● The average set temperature of all rented rooms: The average temperature set by clients of all the rented rooms.
(2) Display of room details
● Room status: Whether the rooms have been rented or are vacant, whether the rooms are online and whether there are people inside the rented rooms.
● Display of “Do not disturb”
● “Display of “Please clean timely”
● Display of emergency: Including emergency call, unexpected intrusion, abnormal temperature and etc.

(3) Display of equipment status in the room
● Display of air conditioner status: The current air conditioner operation status, including the current temperature, air speed, water valve status and corresponding time flow curve record of the status.
● Display of air conditioner status set by client: The temperature and air speed that the current client sets.
● Air conditioner operation cycle: Calculating from the last air conditioner cleaning. The first cleaning is cleared.
● Display of room lamp status: It can display the on and off (relay action) status of all lamps in the room. Besides, time is taken as event points.
2. Parameter Configuration
Rooms can be classified according to specific needs, such as: standard room, suite and executive suite. The preset parameter configuration mode will be called according to different classifications. For example:
● Setting and arrangement of super power saving mode
● Setting and arrangement of regular power saving mode
● Setting and arrangement of welcome mode
● Setting and arrangement of energy saving mode
● Setting and arrangement of ventilation and energy saving mode
● Setting and arrangement of sleep mode
3. User Management
Users can be divided into: super user, use of Engineering Department and front desk user by user type
