I. Pre-sale Service:
Ø Before contract signature, we will provide equipment selection and optimization scheme and services such as technical consulting of intelligent control system for customers.
Ø Installation commissioning: According to sales contract, we will transport equipment to domestic installation place designated by customer safely and freely within the specified time, and assign technical service engineer to finish site commissioning or remote installation commissioning guidance. After user enjoys basic user installation and commissioning equipment, technical service engineer will finish equipment installation and commissioning within 1-3 days for trial use.
Ø After-sales service: We provide two-year quality warranty for products to be sold from the delivery date. In case of a quality problem of product not due to human factor during such period, we will provide free maintenance. We will provide lifelong maintenance for products, and free software upgrading supporting service.
