Songshan lake university innovation city is located in dongguan songshan lake science and technology industrial park between dongguan university of technology and dongguan polytechnic. The project covers an area of about 500 mu, with a total construction area of 533,000 square meters and a total investment of 2.71 billion yuan. It mainly consists of research institutes (including incubators), venture capital buildings and commercial supporting facilities, public rental housing, municipal infrastructure and outdoor landscape environment.
The overall positioning of the project is a large-scale scientific industrial complex integrating scientific research, enterprise incubation, finance, academic exchange, business life supporting facilities, talent training, talent apartment, exhibition and scientific and technological innovation. After the completion of the project, 10 to 15 university research institutes will be established to gather about 10,000 high-tech professionals, which will play a huge supporting role in industrial transformation and upgrading in dongguan.
The system consists of server, workstation, intelligent lighting module, programmable control panel, scene timing module, intelligent gateway and other network communication equipment components. The system server is located in the fire control/equipment monitoring center on the first floor, the intelligent lighting module is installed in the lighting distribution cabinet of the project, and the on-site control panel is set in the power distribution room and public rental house. The intelligent lighting equipment and programmable control panel are connected to the intelligent gateway by hand in series, and the lighting in the whole park is centrally controlled by the computer, which greatly saves the manpower and material resources of the innovation city of songshan lake university and improves the work efficiency.
